การฝึกงานท่องเที่ยวและบริการของเจนซี: ความท้าทายและข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย

บทคัดย่อ
การฝึกงานเป็นการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ที่สำคัญของหลักสูตรการจัดการท่องเที่ยวและบริการ ซึ่งมีส่วนช่วยบรรเทาปัญหาการขาดแคลนแรงงานในอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวและบริการได้เป็นอย่างดี ความต้องการนักศึกษาฝึกงานกลุ่มเจนเนอเรชันซีนั้นมีเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง กลุ่มเจนซีนี้มีคุณลักษณะ ความคาดหวัง และค่านิยมเฉพาะ ซึ่งสร้างความท้าทายแก่อุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวและบริการ เนื่องจากความเข้าใจในทัศนคติการทำงานของกลุ่มคนรุ่นนี้ยังมีจำกัด บทความวิชาการนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความท้าทายการจัดการฝึกงานการท่องเที่ยวและการบริการสำหรับกลุ่ม
เจนซี และนำเสนอแนวทางในการจัดการฝึกงานให้มีความเหมาะสม โดยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ และการฝึกงานในธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวและบริการของกลุ่มเจนซี จากการศึกษาพบว่า
ความท้าทายของการฝึกงานในกลุ่มเจนซีมีหลากหลายมิติ เช่น ช่องว่างระหว่างความคาดหวังของนักศึกษาฝึกงานและสภาพการทำงานจริง ความต้องการอิสระในการทำงาน และความสำคัญของเทคโนโลยีในกระบวนสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ บทความนี้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะแก่ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในการร่วมกันพัฒนาการจัดการฝึกงาน สร้างเสริมประสบการณ์การฝึกงานเชิงบวกสำหรับกลุ่มคนเจนซี และส่งเสริมให้ทุกฝ่ายได้รับประโยชน์จากการฝึกงานอย่างเต็มที่ รวมถึงการชี้แนะประเด็นวิจัยในอนาคตสำหรับการฝึกงานของกลุ่มเจนซีในธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวและการบริการ
