Abstract
Thevolatile,uncertain, complexand ambiguous world (VUCA World), isa world in which wecannot predict what will happen in the future. Therefore, it is important that leaders must be able to adapt and respond toanyunpredictable situation. Leaders inthe contextof theVUCA world need tohave the capacity to not only have knowledge and immediate responses but also need to be ready for paradigm shifts, develop their own potential and knowledge. This includes the improvement and development of leadership to overcome the business threats and also create opportunities for the interest of their company. This article will stimulate leaders to be awareof and visualize theVUCA world completely and genuinely. Also, they will be prepared to cope with future unpredictable situations in the VUCA World.
