Living in Condominium Community: Case Study in Government Housing Complex, Chiang Mai Province

Abstract
This article is a study of a living in condominium community; Government Housing Complex in Chiang Mai, to illustrate the inconsistency of the Condominium Act of 1979 with the regulations and the real life; in which these rules and regulations have an impact on people living there; also, to understand the problems of living in condominium including attitudes of community members on the enforcement of Condominium Act, versus condominium regulations. The author used an observational method and in depth interview selected community members. The study of living in condominium community is significance for urban community learning, as it can be used to improve the community and implementation of the Condominium Act by law.
