The Change of Law regarding Enforcement of Court Judgement or Order in Civil Case

Abstract
After National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) couped and declared martial law in 2014, the cabinet was established. Following the couped, the prime minister announced policies to National Legislative Assembly of Thailand. One of important eleven policies is improving law and justice system which result in launching and improving laws. The objectives are making laws modern, impartial and useful for country management and development. The civil procedure code is the one that was improved by adding enforcement of court judgement or order, so that provisions in this section are appropriate for the current economic and social conditions. And the enforcement of court judgement or order can process quickly and effectively enough to provide justice to the people.
