บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและทดสอบคุณภาพแบบประเมินโดยกลุ่มเพื่อนสำหรับคุณลักษณะผู้นำทางทหาร 15 ประการในการฝึกภาคสนามของนักเรียนนายร้อย โรงเรียนนายร้อยพระจุลจอมเกล้า โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยและพัฒนา (R&D) แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 การสร้างข้อคำถามผ่านการสนทนากลุ่มกับนักเรียนนายร้อย จำนวน 40 คน ระยะที่ 2 การตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาและความเชื่อมั่นของแบบประเมิน 15 ข้อ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 ท่าน และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 35 คน ระยะที่ 3 การคัดเลือกข้อคำถามที่เหมาะสมกับบริบทการฝึกภาคสนามด้วยเทคนิคเดลฟาย และทดลองใช้กับนักเรียนนายร้อย 4 ชั้นปี ชั้นปีละ 60 คน และระยะที่ 4 การประเมินคุณภาพของแบบประเมินโดยผู้ใช้งาน 325 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ข้อคำถามทั้ง 15 ข้อผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นสูงมาก (α = 0.91) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความเห็นเป็นเอกฉันท์ว่า คุณลักษณะที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการประเมินในภาคสนามมี 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ความไว้เนื้อเชื่อใจ ความอดทน ความกระตือรือร้น ความจงรักภักดี ความรู้จักกาลเทศะ และความไม่เห็นแก่ตัว โดยแบบประเมิน 6 ด้านมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ถึงสูงมาก (α = 0.72–0.92) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ภายในชั้นอยู่ในระดับดีถึงดีเยี่ยม (ICC = 0.77–0.99) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพโดยรวมจากผู้ใช้งานอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (M = 4.33, SD = 0.24) แสดงว่าแบบประเมินที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความเหมาะสมสำหรับใช้ประเมินคุณลักษณะผู้นำทางทหารในการฝึกภาคสนามของนักเรียนนายร้อย และมีศักยภาพในการขยายผลไปยังสถาบันการศึกษาทางทหารอื่นในกระทรวงกลาโหม
