การพัฒนารูปแบบการป้องกันการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าหน้าใหม่ของนักเรียน : กรณีศึกษา นักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในเขตอำเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี

งานวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนารูปแบบการป้องกันการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าหน้าใหม่ของนักเรียน: กรณีศึกษา นักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในเขตอำเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในกลุ่มนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในอำเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี และเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการป้องกันที่มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยเป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง ผ่านรูปแบบการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในเขตอำเภอธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 250 คน เก็บข้อมูลผ่านแบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่านักเรียนส่วนใหญ่เคยมีประสบการณ์การสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า โดยมีพฤติกรรมการสูบต่อวันมากกว่า 5 ครั้ง และใช้นิโคตินในระดับ 4 มิลลิกรัม รูปแบบการป้องกันที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการตนเองด้านสุขภาพในมิติพฤติกรรมเสี่ยง จิตวิทยา สังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมถึงการเข้าถึง ผลการทดลองพบว่าหลังเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม นักเรียนมีพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองดีขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จากผลการวิจัยนี้เสนอให้สถานศึกษานำรูปแบบดังกล่าวไปพัฒนาเป็นหลักสูตรเสริมเพื่อป้องกันการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง และสามารถนำไปต่อยอดในระดับนโยบายของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการภายใต้แนวทางการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในสถานศึกษาได้อย่างเป็นระบบและยั่งยืน
