The strategy of Government Practice according to the Good Governance by Participation Process Administration in School of Phichit Primary Education Service Area Office 1

Abstract

This research aims to study the state of government practice according to the good governance by participation process of administration in school of Phichit Primary Education Service Area Office 1. Samples wereadministrators, teachers and school committees of Phichit Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The sample was obtained using stratified random sampling and sample size of 2,019 was determined. The sample size of 345 was indicated using Yamane method with significant level of 0.05 (+5%). Question validity was between at 0.6-1 and reliability of the questionnaire was at 0.97. Statistical analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, average, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results found that the overall states of government practice according to the good governance by participation process of administration in school of Phichit Primary Education Service Area Office 1 was in often level ( =3.61, S.D.=0.33) where order was arranged from often to none. Results when considering of each parts including government practice according to the good governance by participation process of the rules of law ( = 4.26, S.D.= 0.50), morality ( =4.23, S.D.=0.61), cost effectiveness ( =3.76, S.D.=0.51) and responsibility ( =3.74, S.D.=0.79) were in often level It has found that accountability and participation were in occasion level ( =3.10, S.D.=0.61) ( =3.10, S.D.=0.81). According to the results, the researchers could figure out the strategy of government practice according to the good governance by participation process of administration in school.
