บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความเกี่ยวข้องของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อปัญหาพฤติกรรมของเด็กออทิสติกในโรงเรียนบ้านเด็กซุปเปอร์คิดส์ พิษณุโลก และมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เป็นครูผู้สอนเด็กออทิสติก ช่วงอายุ 2 - 8 ปี ที่อยู่หอพักประจำในโรงเรียนบ้านเด็กซุปเปอร์คิดส์พิษณุโลก จำนวน 8 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์สภาพปัญหาพฤติกรรมของเด็กออทิสติกที่เกิดขึ้นก่อนวันที่ทำการสัมภาษณ์ 1 สัปดาห์ และได้ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปัญหาพฤติกรรมของเด็กออทิสติกที่เป็นการกระทำให้เกิดอันตรายต่อตนเอง ต่อผู้อื่น และการกระทำให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อสิ่งของ รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณในความเกี่ยวข้องของปัจจัยด้านระดับความสามารถทางภาษาและความผิดปกติของการนอนหลับที่ส่งผลให้เกิดปัญหาพฤติกรรมของเด็กออทิสติกในโรงเรียนบ้านเด็กซุปเปอร์คิดส์ พิษณุโลก สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ความถี่และร้อยละ และใช้ระยะเวลาที่ในการทำวิจัย 1 เดือน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) สภาพปัญหาพฤติกรรมที่พบมากที่สุดเป็นการกระทำให้เกิดอันตรายต่อตนเองในลักษณะร้องไห้โวยวายเสียงดัง กระแทกตัวลงกับพื้น โขกหัวกับพื้น กระทืบเท้า ดึงผม การกัดและทุบตีส่วนของร่างกาย รองลงมา คือ ปัญหาพฤติกรรมที่เป็นการกระทำให้เกิดเป็นอันตรายต่อผู้อื่นในลักษณะการกัด ผลัก จิก ตี
บีบแรง ๆ และข่วนผู้อื่น และอันดับสุดท้าย คือ ปัญหาพฤติกรรมที่เป็นการกระทำให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อสิ่งของในลักษณะการขว้างปาขวดนมและของเล่นที่อยู่ในมือขณะที่โมโหหรือถูกขัดใจ และ 2) การศึกษาความเกี่ยวข้องของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อปัญหาพฤติกรรมของเด็กออทิสติกในโรงเรียนบ้านเด็กซุปเปอร์คิดส์ พิษณุโลก (2.1) ปัจจัยด้านระดับความสามารถทางภาษาต่ำและสูงจะมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับการเกิดปัญหาพฤติกรรมของเด็กออทิสติกที่เป็นการกระทำให้เกิดอันตรายต่อตนเอง และในกลุ่มเด็กออทิสติกที่มีระดับความสามารถทางภาษาสูงจะมีปัญหาพฤติกรรมที่เป็นการกระทำให้เกิดอันตรายต่อผู้อื่นและการกระทำให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อสิ่งของ และ (2.2) ปัจจัยด้านความผิดปกติของการนอนหลับของเด็กออทิสติกจะมีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิดปัญหาพฤติกรรมของเด็กออทิสติกที่เป็นการกระทำให้เกิดอันตรายต่อตนเอง ต่อผู้อื่น และความเสียหายต่อสิ่งของได้ รวมทั้งยังส่งผลให้เกิดระดับความรุนแรงของปัญหาพฤติกรรมเพิ่มขึ้นได้ ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสภาพปัญหาพฤติกรรมและความเกี่ยวข้องของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อปัญหาพฤติกรรมของเด็กออทิสติกนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการวางแผนการช่วยเหลือเพื่อลดปัญหาพฤติกรรมและผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพชีวิตเด็กออทิสติก รวมทั้งยังสามารถลดภาวะความเครียดของครูและผู้ปกครองอันเกิดจากปัญหาพฤติกรรมของเด็กออทิสติกได้
