A Balanced Assessment of the Student Characteristics Development Program of Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) 4 School

This research aimed to assess the suitability of the relevant context, input, operating process, and the output of a Balanced Assessment of the Student Characteristics Development Program of Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) 4 School. It also aimed to assess the satisfaction level of a school administrators, teachers, students, the Basic Education committee, and the parents which affected A Balanced Assessment of the Student Characteristics Development Program of Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) 4 School. This research is Evaluation Research. The sample group was 439 people as a source of evaluation data, it consisted of experts, school administrators, school administrative assistants, teachers, school staff, the Basic Education committee, students, and the parents of students from Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) 4 School in the academic year 2018. The specific sampling technique and the Multistage random sampling were chosen. The questionnaire was a tool for data collection, and the data analysis was created with descriptive statistics including Percentages, Means, and Standard derivations.
The research showed that the overall result of a Balanced Assessment of the Student Characteristics Development Program of Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) 4 School was a high score in evaluation. The first rank in the average evaluation and the highest evaluation result was the input aspect of the program. The second rank was the context aspect of the program and the satisfaction level of stakeholders respectively. The aspects in the operating process and the output of the program remained in the last place for average evaluation. The overall satisfaction evaluation towards a Balanced Assessment of the Student Characteristics Development Program of Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) 4 School was high.
