The Relationship Between the School Management Network and the Effectiveness of Education Administration in Parents’ Network Association in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) the factors affecting the school administration of the parent’s network, 2) the level of effect the school administration has on the parent’s network, and 3) the relationship between the School Management Network and the Effectiveness of Education Administration in Parents’ Network Association in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1. This quantitative research collects from the target sample of 416 respondents via questionnaires. The statistical tools employed for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

This research found that: 1) The school administration of the parent’s network of the school in secondary educational service area office 1 was of a high level. The main factors, in order of impact, were as follows: competency of administration in the parent’s network, organizational culture, the leadership of the parent’s network and policy, strategy, and the information technology of the parent’s network. 2) The school administration’s effect on parents’ network management was high. The main factors, in order of impact, were as follows: a good relationship between parents and school, the clarity of the process of the parent’s network, the cooperation and duty of the parent’s network for managing education in the school, and Knowledge of their responsibilities if the school. 3) The Relationship between the School Management Network and the Effectiveness of Education Administration in Parents’ Network Association in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a statistical significance level of .01.
