Problems of legal enforcement of Silpakorn University regulations on conduct practice in examination of undergraduate students B.E. 2537: A case study of absence that is not a force

Abstract

         The purpose of this study was the facts of Silpakorn University Regulations on Conduct Practice in Examination of Undergraduate Students B.E. 2537 on absence that is not a force majeure and to recommend legal measures. It was compared with other university regulations to propose a solution to amend the law. This is qualitative research from the legal documents. The results of the study showed. that there were no procedures for the absence of the examination. Since it is not a force majeure event Therefore, Silpakorn University Regulations on Conduct Practice in Examination of Undergraduate Students must be implemented to cover clear absence of examinations.
