Abstract

          The objectives of this study were 1) to study the quality of work-life for hotel staff., 2) to study the quality of life for hotel staff., and 3) to compare the demographical data and quality of work-life and qualityof life for hotel staff in Bangkok under the circumstances of Covid-19. A sample of quantitative research caseswas drawn 400, using a convenient sampling method and a questionnaire was a tool to collect data. Therefore, the statistics used were percentage, mean, standard division (S.D.), and hypothesis testing of T-test, F-test (ANOVA).The findings indicated that 1) the quality of work-life was overall moderation that Safe and Healthy Working Conditions was at a high level, and Social Relevance of Work-life respectively., 2) the quality of lifewas overall at a high level which Cultural Factors were at a high level, and Life Satisfaction respectively., 3) acomparison of demographics and quality of work-life, which differences of sex, age, status, and income forhotel staff in Bangkok under the circumstances of Covid-19 was a significant difference at 0.05, and0.001. However, the comparison of demographics and quality of life found that differences in age, status, andincome for hotel staff in Bangkok under the circumstances of Covid-19 was a significant difference at 0.05,and 0.001.
