This research investigates factors influencing transformational leadership on conflict management in critical situations. This work is a quantitative study using questionnaires as a tool to collect data from 400 business leaders. Relationship among influencing factors in conflict management was analyzed in the study. The analysis results of the structural equation model on path influence are as follows: (1) Transformational leadership factors have a direct influence on the management of conflicts in critical situations. (2) Being an intelligence motivation, being an inspirationalist, and the factor of being a charismatic person have an indirect influence on conflict management in critical situations. (3) Being a charismatic, being an intelligence motivation, and the factor of being an inspirationalist person has direct and indirect influence on conflict management in critical situations. The consistency index of the structural equation models obtained from the analysis were Chi-square Probability of 0.918, Chi-square Relative of 0.010, GFI (Goodness of Fit Index) of 0.999 and RMSEA (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation) of 0.002. The study results show that the model is consistent and correct.
