A K-pop Collection to Support Learning about Contemporary Culture

This article presents the conceptual issues surrounding K-pop and the current Korean wave, the significance of K-pop collections as a source of cultural learning, and the role of libraries in supporting contemporary cultural learning. It was found that the library's systematic collection of K-pop collections will be used as a resource to support research studies. The K-pop collection is a group or set of information resources related to K-pop music, K-pop artists, the K-pop entertainment industry, and others related to the K-pop industry. It consists of information in various forms, such as books, articles, video clips, websites, etc. It is intended for learning, entertainment, and cultural education, and the library's use of the K-pop collection as a tool supports learning in many dimensions, including promoting learning about Korean culture, learning the language through entertainment media, supporting education and research, creating a community of users with similar interests, and inspiring and creative ideas.
