บทคัดย่อ

The purpose of this research was to study about the supervision process of Navamintharachinuthid Horwang Nonthaburi School under the Secondary Educational Service Area office3. The populations used in this study was 139 teachers Navamintharachinuthid Horwang Nonthaburi School. The research instrument of this study was questionnaire were collected and analyzed using percentage, Mean and standard division. The results of the research found that 1) The planning process in overall level was in high. Discussion meetings to acquire the problems but the needs indicator was the majority indication and the aim setting consistent with the school policy was in least indicator. 2) Organizing process in overall has found that level was in high. Budgeting in the instructional supervision following the teachers’ needs was in highest indicator but the preparing the clearly instructional supervision manual was in least indicator. 3) Leading and supporting process in overall level was in high. The encouraging the teachers to gain the good attitude for the instructional supervision was highest indicator but the least indicator was supporting the supervisors and supervisees. 4) Controlling process in overall has found that was overall level was in high. The giving suggestion for teaching was in highest indicator but the average was least indicator designing the supervision styles to be practical effectively. 5) The evaluation process in over all that level was in high. The working condition assessment and report preparation after the instructional supervision the average was in least indicator. In conclusion, every process were in level was in high and the research also found that controlling process was highest level while the planning process was lowest level.
