The Priority Needs of Developing Academic Management of Secondary Schools in Samut Songkhram Province Based on the Concept of Expert Learner
ความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดสมุทรสงครามตามแนวคิดผู้เชี่ยวชาญการเรียนรู้

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนา การบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาจังหวัดสมุทรสงครามตามแนวคิดผู้เชี่ยวชาญการเรียนรู้ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและครู จำนวน 201 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต () และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาจังหวัดสมุทรสงครามตามแนวคิดผู้เชี่ยวชาญการเรียนรู้โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.851) และมากที่สุด
( = 4.718) ตามลำดับ โดยด้านที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงที่สุดคือ การพัฒนาหลักสูตร (PNImodified = 0.229) รองลงมาคือ การพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ (PNImodified = 0.224) และด้านที่มีลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นต่ำที่สุด คือ การวัดประเมินผล (PNImodified = 0.222)
