A Needs Assessment of Academic Management of Elementary Schools in Phetchaburi Province Based on the Concept of Community Capacity Building Competencies

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดเพชรบุรีตามแนวคิดสมรรถนะการเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถชุมชน ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอนระดับประถมศึกษา และครูผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 1 ที่เปิดสอนในระดับประถมศึกษาถึงระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น รวมทั้งสิ้น 113 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามสภาพการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดเพชรบุรีตามแนวคิดสมรรถนะการเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถชุมชน สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ()
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดเพชรบุรีตามแนวคิดสมรรถนะการเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถชุมชน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากและมากที่สุด ตามลำดับ โดยด้านที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงที่สุด คือ การวัดและประเมินผล รองลงมาคือ การพัฒนาหลักสูตร และด้านที่มี
ความต้องการจำเป็นต่ำที่สุด คือ การจัดการเรียนการสอน เมื่อพิจารณาตามสมรรถนะการเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถชุมชนพบว่า การระดมทรัพยากรมีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงที่สุดในทุก ๆ ด้านของการบริหารวิชาการ
