การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบความเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามืออาชีพในยุคดิจิทัล ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแพร่ เขต 2

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจของความเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามืออาชีพในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแพร่ เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแพร่ เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 345 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพื้นฐาน และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ โดยใช้
การวิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีสกัดองค์ประกอบหลัก หลังหมุนแกนแบบมุมฉาก ด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบความเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามืออาชีพในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา
ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแพร่ เขต 2 มี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การขับเคลื่อนด้วยนวัตกรรม
การสร้างวัฒนธรรมดิจิทัล ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในการบริหาร และผู้นำการใช้เทคโนโลยี
