Academic Administration Strategies to Develop Innovators’ Characteristics of Students in Vocational Institutes under OVEC

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะการเป็นนวัตกรของผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา (สอศ.) 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารวิชาการเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะการเป็นนวัตกรของผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยในสังกัด สอศ. และ 3) พัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารวิชาการเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะการเป็นนวัตกรของผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยในสังกัด สอศ. ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีพหุระยะ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน และนักเรียน นักศึกษาของวิทยาลัยในสังกัด สอศ. ทั่วประเทศ จำนวน 822 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมิน แบบสอบถามและแบบบันทึกข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการมี 3 กรอบแนวคิด 1.1) กรอบการบริหารวิชาการ
1.2) กรอบคุณลักษณะการเป็นนวัตกรของผู้เรียน และ 1.3) กรอบการพัฒนาและประเมินกลยุทธ์ 2) สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารวิชาการเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะการเป็นนวัตกรของผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยในสังกัด สอศ.
จากการวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมภายในโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) การพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารวิชาการเพื่อพัฒนาคุณลักษณะการเป็นนวัตกรของผู้เรียนวิทยาลัยในสังกัด สอศ. ประกอบด้วย 4 กลยุทธ์หลัก 12 กลยุทธ์รอง และ 39 แนวทางพัฒนา
