Abstract

      The purposes of this research were to study level of the organizational climate,work motivation and participation in internal quality assurance of teacher; to study relationship between organizational climate, work motivation and participation in internal quality assurance of teachers; and to generate predictive equation of the participation in internal quality assurance of school under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample consisted of 250 teachers from schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1 selected by proportional stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The questionnaire was tested for the reliability with Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of .956. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regressions. The results of the research were as follows: 1) The level of the organizational climate, work motivation and participation in internal quality assurance of school under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1 as a whole was at a high level. (  = 4.08  SD = 0.52,   = 4.11 SD = 0.46 and  = 4.21  SD = 0.47, respectively)  2) Organizational climate and work motivation were positively and significantly related at the high level to the participation in internal quality assurance of school under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1, at the .01 level. (r = .605 and r = .721 respectively) 3) The variables that could significantly predict the participation in internal quality assurance of school were organizational climate and work motivation at the .01 level. These predictors were accounted for 55.9 percents of variance (R2 = .559).
