แนวทางการบริหารวิชาการของโรงเรียนศีลาจารพิพัฒน์ ตามแนวคิดพลเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย; APPROACHES OF ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT OF SILACHARNPHIPHAT SCHOOL BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF DEMOCRATIC CITIZEN

Abstract

This study is a descriptive research and the purposes of the research are: 1) to study the present state and the desirable state in academic administration of Silacharnphiphat school based on the democratic citizen concept; 2) to propose the approaches to the academic administration management for Silacharnphiphat school based on the democratic citizen concept. The study was a case study of Silacharnphiphat school. The research instruments used in this study were rating scaled questionnaire and rating scaled appropriabiateness and possibility of evaluation form. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, mode, standard deviation and PNImodified. The findings are: 1) The present state and desirable state in academic administration of Silacharnphiphat school based on the concept of democratic citizens were overall at the high level ( = 3.61, SD = 0.74) and highest level ( = 4.71, SD = 0.50) respectively. The first priority was development of media and learning resources. The second priority was measurement and evaluation. The third priority was teaching and learning. The lowest priority was curriculum development. There were 9 approaches to develop the academic administration of Silacharnphiphat school based on the concept of democratic citizens. The top two priorities for academic administration were development of media and learning resources. There were 2 approaches to the development of media and learning resources, 2 approaches to measurement and evaluation, 3 approaches to teaching and learning, and 2 approaches to curriculum development.
