การบริหารงานของหัวหน้าศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กตามความคิดเห็นของครู สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดสงขลา; ADMINISTRATION OF EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTER HEADS ACCORDING TO THE OPINIONS OF TEACHERS UNDER SONGKHLA LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) to study administration of the early childhood development center heads as viewed by the teachers under Songkhla Local Administrative Organization, and 2) to compare the opinions of teachers concerning the administration of the heads of the centers according to the genders, educational backgrounds, and work experiences. The sample consisted of 234 teachers, derived from the table of Krejcie and Morgan (1970: 607 - 610). They were randomly picked out. The instrument was 45-item rating scaled questionnaire with 5 levels. Statistics used for data analyzing were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The study results revealed that: 1) overall, the administration of the heads of early childhood development centers as viewed by the teachers working under Songkhla Local Administrative Organization was at the high level. 2) The comparison of opinions of teachers working under Songkhla Local Administrative Organization concerning the administration of the heads of early childhood development centers revealed that teachers with different genders, educational backgrounds, and work experiences were not statistically different.
