ROLES OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR FOR PROMOTING MORALITY AND ETHICS IN LEARNING MANAGEMENT OF SIRATTANA GROUP UNDER SI SA KET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 4

Abstract

The purpose of this study were to study, compare and study the guidelines for developing the roles of school administrator for promoting morality and ethics in learning management of Sirattana Group Under Si Sa Ket Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 .This research method was 2 processes: The first; to study and compare the roles of school administrator for promoting morality and ethics in learning management. The samples consisted of 191 peoples, there were selected by stratified random sampling. The data was collected by rating scale questionnaire and analyzed by frequencies, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The comparison the roles of the school administrator for promoting morality and ethics in learning management classified by position was analyzed by using Independent Sample t-test and classified by experience was analyzed by using One Way Analysis of Variance (One-Way ANOVA). The second was to study the guidelines for developing the roles of the school administrator for promoting morality and ethics in learning management. The samples were 16 people, there were selected by purposive sampling. The tool for gathering data was the interview guidelines. The data was analyzed by content analysis. The result were as follows:
1. The roles of the school administrator for promoting morality and ethics in learning management was at high level in overall. When considered in each aspect, there were at high level 4 aspects; Educational policy, learning management’s model, assessment, the factor endowments.
2. The comparison the roles of the school administrator for promoting morality and ethics in learning management classified by position was found that as a whole and in three aspects; the educational policy, the learning management’s model, the assessment found not to be statistically significance different but in the other one aspect, namely, the factor endowments was statistically significance different at 0.05 level. When classified by experience, there were not statistically significance as a whole and two aspects; learning management’s model and assessment but there were statistically significance different at 0.05 level two aspects, there were educational policy and the factor endowments.
3. The guidelines for developing the roles of the school administrator for promoting morality and ethics in learning management were as follow; 1) Educational policy aspect, the administrators should be determined and clearly the policy, developing and updating the school structure and developing school curriculum in aspect of morality and ethics. 2) Learning management’s model aspect, the administrators should supporting the teachers in making the morality and ethics activities and lesson plans by coordinating among local knowledge and desirable features and enhance the teachers in learning and teaching the morality and ethics.3) Assessment aspect, the administrators should supporting the participants; the school board, the community leaders, teachers and students in an continuing assessment and monitoring the morality and ethics learning management. 4) The factor endowments, the administrators should supporting the cooperating between school and the other organizations to moving forward the morality and ethics leaning management and the planning for budget and funded.
