การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม เพื่อพัฒนาการบริหารของโรงเรียนอุบลราชธานีศรีวนาลัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี อำนาจเจริญ ด้วยวิธีการวิจัยแบบผสม (Mixed methods) ดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย 1) การวิเคราะห์เอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก 2) การสร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบโดยใช้การสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3) การทดลองใช้รูปแบบกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย และ
4) การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัญหาการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนอุบลราชธานีศรีวนาลัย บุคลากรในสถานศึกษาไม่ค่อยเล็งเห็นความสำคัญ รวมทั้งไม่เข้าใจบทบาทหน้าที่ของฝ่ายบริหาร การสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนมีน้อย หน่วยงานภายนอกยังขาดการสนับสนุนการจัดการศึกษา ซึ่งรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนอุบลราชธานีศรีวนาลัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี อำนาจเจริญ ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบสำคัญ 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่ 1 ผู้มีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษา ส่วนที่ 2 กระบวนการของการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม ส่วนที่ 3 ขอบข่ายการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษา และส่วนที่ 4 เป้าหมายของการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม ทั้งนี้ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนอุบลราชธานีศรีวนาลัย พบว่าการดำเนินงานด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ด้านนักเรียนมีทักษะการทำงานที่หลากหลายและมีคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ตามที่หลักสูตรกำหนด ด้านครูผู้สอนมีความรู้ความสามารถการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่มีความหลากหลาย เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ การจัดบรรยากาศและสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ การจัดกิจกรรมที่สอดแทรกคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ และมีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ และด้านบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนมีแผนพัฒนาแผนปฏิบัติการประจำปีที่นำไปสู่การปฏิบัติอย่างชัดเจน และผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของโรงเรียนอุบลราชธานีศรีวนาลัย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี อำนาจเจริญ พบว่ามีความเห็นว่ารูปแบบมีความเป็นไปได้ ความเหมาะสม และความเป็นประโยชน์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
