The purpose of this research was to synthesize characteristics of the elderly who are social entrepreneurs, by using reviewing the systematic literature review. The research samples were researches in TCI, SCOPUS and ERIC databases that were published between 2022 and 2013 (2013 to 2022). The research tools consisted of 3 parts 1) Screening. Research 2) Research Quality Assessment Form, and 3) data extraction record form Data analysis using descriptive analysis. and content analysis. The researches were selected by experts and researchers. The results showed that there were 9 studies that were considered. Characteristics of social entrepreneurs are 10 aspects, namely 1) Planning 2) Commitment 3) Contract commitment
4) Opportunity seeking 5) Aiming for goals 6) information search 7) risk taking 8) efficiency 9) confidence and 10) persuasion. However, doing business for the elderly is using their hearts to work, thinking positively, looking farsighted, and wishing well to the stakeholders of the business. And it's a small investment from savings, from the wisdom and aptitude of one's own happiness adhere to the philosophy of sufficiency economy. It also included the formulation of various government policies, such as promoting the potential of the elderly so that the elderly remain active and able to stay in the labor market. Related laws are developed and updated. supporting funding sources. and develop social security in aging society.
