DEVELOPMENT OF NEUROLEADERSHIP INDICATORS FOR PIVATE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE PRIVATE EDUCATION COMMISSION

The objectives of this quantitative research were to: 1) study the conceptual framework; 2) identify the element and Neuroleadership indicators of private school’s administrator; 3) verify the structural straightness of Neuroleadership indicators for private school’s administrator. The sample group was multi-stage randomly chosen from private school administrators. The research tools include interview forms, focus group recordings, and questionnaires. The statistics for this research were: mean, standard deviation, content analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis.
The results of the research were as follows: 1. The conceptual framework of Neuroleadership consisted of 5 attributes indicator; status, certainty, autonomy, relatedness, and fairness. 2. The components and indicators consisted of 5 attributes with 16 indicators as follows; 1) Status consisted of 4 features 2) Certainty consisted of 3 features 3) Autonomy consisted of 3 features 4) Relatedness consisted of 3 features 5) Fairness consisted of 3 features. The results of the confirmatory inspection showed that Neuroleadership indicators of private school administrator were consistent with the empirical data by considering the value of Goodness of fit: 2 = 74.06, df = 65, p-value 0.21; Relative 2 = 1.14; GFI = .98; AGFI = .95, RMR = .01; SRMR = .01, RMSEA = .02
