Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the current state and  the desirable conditions of academic administration of schools under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 2) to study guidelines for developing academic administration according to the creative problem-solving concept of school administrators under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1,  The sample group is Teachers who are the heads of learning groups of schools under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, totaling 234 people. Tools used in the research include questionnaires. Statistics used in the research are frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Content analysis and the Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI modified). The findings are as follows:             

                1.The current state of the academic administration of schools is at a high level overall, a desirable state. It is at the highest level overall. When considering the index values ​​in order of essential needs from highest to lowest, namely the media and technology, curriculum, learning process and measurement and evaluation

               2.Guidelines for developing academic administration according to the creative problem-solving concept of school administrators under the Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, there are a total of 4 approaches and 15 action methods. These are arranged in order of needs and necessities as follows: Method 1. Media and technology. Method 2. Curriculum. Method 3: Learning process and Method 4. Measurement and evaluation.
