Abstract

This article aims to present the concept and the approaches of the enchancing of powerful school management which is a government agency in the context of the educational bureaucracy that is designated as a legal entity by applying the school management framework based on the blue ocean strategy framework, using a strategy creation perspective that is value innovation oriented and an important instrument of Blue Ocean Strategy together with the concept of High Performance Organization, To be able to administer powerful school-based management, to increase the strength of the school, and to enhance self-reliance until it becomes a self-development school that responds to the needs of many different organisational contexts in disruptive change situations.
