Good Governance and Organizational Efficiency in ASEAN Community

The purposes of this research were to study 1) An application of good governance and organizational efficiency in ASEAN Community, 2) A relationship between good governance and organizational efficiency in ASEAN Community, 3) Good governance principles influencing organizational efficiency in ASEAN Community. This is a quantitative research. Research questionnaire is used as a tool to collect data. The research findings showed that the attitudes of respondents about good governance, in total, were at high level. The results of analysis on a relationship between good governance and organizational efficiency showed that the internal correlation between the components of good governance are positive. The correlation between good governance and organizational efficiency was positively related. The results of analysis on the influence of good governance on organizational efficiency showed that good governance principles, in total, had influence on organizational efficiency at .01 and .05 level of significance (F = 59.321, P-value = .000).
