Potential Development Guidelines of Personnel in the Road Construction Business

The research article aimed to study the condition and guideline for developing staff in the road construction business. Mixed Methods Research between qualitative and quantitative are used in this study. The research found that; The development of human resources of the construction contractor business are 1) training, 2) development, 3) education. And the guideline for potential development of the human resource in the road construction contractor business consists of three components: the development of the human resources in training, development and education. The development of human resources efficiently leads to three areas of business development in 3 aspects which are skill, knowledge and attributes.
