Factors Affecting the Management of Local Administrative Organization in Ban Tha Khun, Surat Thani

Abstract

The research aimed to study the factors and comparison of factors affecting the management. As well as survey  the problems, the obstacles and suggestions relevant to management of local administrative organization, Ban Thakhun, Surathani. The questionnaire was used for compiling data from staffs working for the local administrative organization in the case. The samples  have 126 peoples. The questionnaire was a research tool. As well as the statistics employed for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and  F-test . The findings indicated that: 1) The overall of factors affecting the management of the case were at high level. 2) Compared factors affecting the management of the case, respondents with different gender, age, attainment, division, and working experience had no different opinion in overall. and 3) The suggestions for the management of the case are that: 1) the local administrative organization has systematic vision, mission and strategy in local development; 2) It applis vision, mission and strategy to real practice; 3) It gives people opportunities to initiate activities or projects for the local administrative organization, follows up and closely evaluates its performance;4) Mechanics should be created for promoting systematical coordination; 5) Managements have strong leadership; 6) staffs have knowledge and responsibility to disseminate and share their knowledge, understanding and experience among the staffs; and 7) adequate budget provided.
