การศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาไทย

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่อง การศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บัณฑิต หลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาภาษาไทย มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตของหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาไทย 2) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการจัดการเรียนการสอนและปรับปรุงหลักสูตรจากผู้ใช้บัณฑิต กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ หัวหน้าหน่วยงานและเพื่อนร่วมงานที่บัณฑิตของหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาไทย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ปฏิบัติงานอยู่และจบหลักสูตร ปีพ.ศ. 2559 – 2560 จำนวน 40 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้ “แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตต่อการปฏิบัติงานและคุณลักษณะของบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาไทย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่” วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน แล้วนำผลการวิเคราะห์นำเสนอด้วยตารางประกอบการเขียนบรรยาย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ผู้ใช้บัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจต่อบัณฑิตหลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาไทย อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด จำนวน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ด้านทักษะทางปัญญา ด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ และด้านคุณลักษณะตามอัตลักษณ์ของมหาวิทยาลัย (คนดีของท้องถิ่น) ส่วนอยู่ในระดับมากมี 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ และด้านทักษะการวิเคราะห์เชิงตัวเลข การสื่อสารและการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ


2. ผู้ใช้บัณฑิตมีข้อเสนอแนะต่อมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ว่าควรพัฒนาคุณภาพบัณฑิตในทักษะการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการมีทักษะ ความรู้ ความเชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยี (ICT) มากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นด้านภาษาต่างประเทศและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตนเองกับชุมชน

Abstract

The objectives of this investigation were to examine the satisfaction of employers of graduates in the Bachelor’s Program in Thai Language and to explore suggestions and recommendations for pedagogical improvement of the program from the employers. The target group was 40 supervisors/colleagues of the graduates who worked for them from 2016 to 2017. The research instrument was a questionnaire on the satisfaction of employers with job performance and attributes of the graduates. The data were statistically analyzed for frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. The analysis results are presented in tables with descriptions. The research findings are summarized as follows:

1. The analysis of the satisfaction with the five aspects of the graduates according to the 2009 Thailand Qualifications Framework revealed that the satisfaction with the graduates’ ethics and morality, intelligence, interpersonal relationships and responsibility and the graduates according to the university identity (good local citizens) was at the highest level, while the satisfaction with their knowledge and numerical analysis, communication and technological skills was at a high level.


2. For the recommendations of the employers to improve the qualifications of the university graduates, it was revealed that most employers, required graduates with relevant knowledge, skills and ICT expertise, followed with foreign languages and relationships between oneself and community.
