Behavior and Attitude on Service of the Tourists in Dark Tourism: In Case of Siriraj Medical Museum

Abstract
The research was aimed 1) to study the behavior of tourists in dark tourism and 2) to study the attitude of the tourists in dark tourism on the services. This research was qualitative research, the tools was the in-depth interview with the key informant was the 10 tourists to bring the information to create a theoretical conclusion. It’s sampling unit was selected purposively. The results showed that 1) the behavior of the tourists in dark tourism had 5 dimensions including the purpose of travel, resources for travelers, type of travel, type of vehicles used to travel and coming back to visit again 2) the attitude of the tourists in dark tourism on the services had 5 dimensions including the technical museum exhibits, physical environment, service quality, publicity techniques and ability to create knowledge.
