Cabin Crew Emergency Managing Procedures an Analysis: Case Study of Actual Cabin Fire Fighting after Completion of Training Drills

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study about (1.) the basic working procedure of cabin crew towards onboard safety role and responsibilities, (2.) the basic working procedure of emergency handling in case of cabin fire, and (3.) problems and difficulties which might be found on cabin fire. Using four purposive samples of cabin crew from domestic and international airlines who have been working over seven years of airlines serving, conducted in-depth interview by using the structural and non- structural questions, and analyzed the collected data within the criteria. The findings found domestic and international cabin crew have been realized and be aware of the safety of passenger onboard. To conduct the cabin crew training drills to be accordant with the ICAO standards are to enhance cabin working skills and knowledge effectively in case of cabin fire - fighting.
