Main Article Content
Abstract
The objectives for this research were 1) to study the factors that affecting the achievement motivation of students who study Human Resource Management subject. 2) to study relationship between affecting factors and achievement motivation learning of students who study Human Resource Management subject. 3) to create forecasting equation of achievement motivation learning of students who study Human Resource Management subject. The sample group is 460 students who enrolled Human Resource Management subject in first and second semester in academic year 2018. In this paper using quantitative research. Data was analyzed by statistic program which are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression. The research result shown that 1) in overview, the opinion of sample group toward factors in 6 dimensions affect to achievement of learning motivation in Human Resource Management subject is in high level, and mean score equal to 4.01. The highest mean score is factor of relationship between students and teacher, which equal to 4.24. The mean score for factor of classroom atmosphere, successful and development in studying, responsible for in class activities and relationship with classmate are 4.14, 4.05, 4.03 and 3.80. 2) The result of correlation between factors affecting the achievement motivation in learning and achievement motivation in learning of students shown that all the factors have positive relationship with achievement motivation in learning of students in high level with significant level at 0.01. The relationship between successful and development in studying and achievement motivation was in the highest level (r=0.824), follow by the relationship with classmate (r=0.787), and classroom atmosphere have lowest relationship with achievement motivation (r=0.551) 3) able to forecast the students’ achievement motivation in learning of 90.0 percent. The forecasting equation of achievement motivation learning of students and factors affecting to the achievement motivation learning was created by using multiple linear regression. The result shown that factors that affect to achievement motivation learning of students in Faculty of Business Administration, Rangsit University were successful and development in studying, relationship with classmate, responsible for in class activities, classroom atmosphere, relationship between students and teacher, and the evaluation process. The forecasting equation of achievement motivation learning of students are 1) In general : achievement motivation leaning of students = 0.254+ (0.286* successful and development in studying) + (0.254* relationship with classmate) + (0.238* responsible for in class activities) + (0.136 * classroom atmosphere) + (0.085* relationship between students and teacher) - (0.060* the evaluation process). 2) In standard: achievement motivation leaning of students = (0.329* successful and development in studying) + (0.376* relationship with classmate) + (0.287* responsible for in class activities) + (0.182 * classroom atmosphere) + (0.101* relationship between students and teacher) - (0.070* the evaluation process).
