Abstract

This research article purposed to study the entrepreneur’s opinion of Koh Kerd Homestay in terms of integrated management strategy based on McKinsey's model, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province which certified by Thai homestay certification. The qualitative research as the main approach to conduct this research through the in-depth interviews to seek the information of managing the Koh Kerd Homestay to achieve the Thai homestay certification based on the entrepreneur perspective. The result found that Koh Kerd Homestay unofficially structured the organization chart as the functional departmentalization and the main strategy to present the uniqueness in terms of local and natural community. Also, Koh Kerd Homestay always recorded the information relevant with the accounting system to monitor the cost of business. The style of management which integrated the science of business administration with the good attitude of staff to provide their service based on the Thai herbal knowledge, traditional Thai desserts, and traditional Thai dance to create the share value to perform and achieve in the same goal.
