The Approach of Empowering the Professional Community of Principals for School Networks focusing on Teaching Practicum by Faculty of Education Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University.

Abstract

          This research aims to identify 1) to study and analysis of the current situation, problem, prefix and reinforce the role of the strength of executive community and 2) to find the guidelines for reinforcing the role of the strength of the executive community in the professional practicum school, Faculty of Education, Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University. The sample group consisted of 84 executives of the 84 professional practicum schools in academic year 2019. The research instruments were questionnaires related to the guidelines for reinforcing the role of the strength of executive community. Statistical analysis tools in use included mean, standard deviation, percentage and Pearson product moment correlation with data analysis software used in analysis of all data collected.
