Abstract
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the executive behavioral leadership of school administrators
2) find out the performance of teachers 3) investigate the
relationship between executive behavioral leadership of
school administrators and the performance of teachers
in school expanding opportunities 4) propose the development guideline for relationship between executive behavioral leadership and teacher performance in school
expanding opportunities under the office of Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area 1. The population consisted of 852 government teachers and the 272 samples. The sample size was calculated using Taro Yamane's formula and divided the proportions by comparing the trio formula to define a sample by simple random. The research instrument was a questionnaire of the relationship between executive behavioral leadership and core compentencies of teachers in school expanding
opportunities under the office of Pathum Thani primary educational service area 1. The research tools were the questionnaire with reliability of 0.978 and structured interviewed form. Data was statistically analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.
