บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิถีการจัดการตนเองของวิสาหกิจชุมชนข้าวนาป่าหอมพนม วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์และสังเคราะห์กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาสู่การปฏิบัติตามแนวทางการเกษตรที่ดี (GAP) คัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจงจากวิสาหกิจชุมชนจำนวน 37 ราย และผู้เชี่ยวชาญภาครัฐ 3 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก สนทนากลุ่ม และสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและเทคนิค SWOT/TOWS matrix ตรวจสอบความน่าเชื่อถือด้วยเทคนิคสามเส้า และสะท้อนผลกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า วิถีการจัดการตนเองอยู่บนฐานการพึ่งตนเองบนฐานเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง การบูรณาการภูมิปัญญาสู่นวัตกรรมร่วมสมัย และระบบกลุ่มและผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เข้มแข็ง วิสาหกิจชุมชนมีข้อได้เปรียบด้านภูมินิเวศและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น แต่มีข้อจำกัดจากสภาพภูมิอากาศ การแข่งขัน มาตรฐานการผลิต และสังคมผู้สูงอายุ โดยมีโอกาสจากกระแสอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพและนโยบายสนับสนุนภาครัฐ กลยุทธ์การพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย 1) สร้างนวัตกรรมจากภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นสู่ตลาดสุขภาพ 2) ใช้เทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสมเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตอย่างยั่งยืน 3) บูรณาการภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นเข้ากับระบบอัจฉริยะ และ 4) สร้างกลไกการถ่ายทอดความรู้จากรุ่นสู่รุ่น โดยใช้ศูนย์ข้าวชุมชนแบบครบวงจรเป็นกลไกขับเคลื่อน การวิจัยได้สร้างผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงในการผลิตข้าว GAP 10 ราย (พื้นที่ 104 ไร่ 2 งาน) สะท้อนการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืนที่ขับเคลื่อนบนฐานการจัดการตนเองของชุมชน
