บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงในห่วงโซ่อุปทานและความสามารถด้านนวัตกรรมด้านโลจิสติกส์ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลการดำเนินงานขององค์กรผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ประเทศไทย โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม จากผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ที่ผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 และอยู่ในรายชื่อของหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง (Structural Equation Modeling : SEM) และการวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความสามารถด้านนวัตกรรมโลจิสติกส์มีอิทธิพลต่อความเสี่ยงด้านบริษัท ความเสี่ยงจากลูกค้า และความเสี่ยงด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมอีกทั้งยังส่งผลโดยตรงต่อผลการดำเนินงานขององค์กรผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ในประเทศไทย ผลการศึกษาให้ ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการประยุกต์ใช้ด้านนวัตกรรมโลจิสติกส์ ในการบริหารจัดการเสี่ยงในห่วงโซ่อุปทานและสนับสนุนการกำหนดกลยุทธ์การบริหารความเสี่ยงในบริบทอุตสาหกรรมสมัยใหม่
