บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญ จังหวัดสงขลา (2) ศึกษาการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญ จังหวัดสงขลา และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญ จังหวัดสงขลา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร โรงเรียนละ 1 คน และครูที่รับผิดชอบงานการประกันคุณภาพภายใน โรงเรียนละ 1 คน จาก 175 โรงเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 314 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .954 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษจากโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญ จังหวัดสงขลา โดยทั่วไปอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) การดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญ จังหวัดสงขลา โดยทั่วไปอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทสามัญ จังหวัดสงขลา โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับมาก (r = .758) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
