Abstract
The Structural Equation Model of Factors Influencing the Success of Knowledge Management in Graduate School: A Mixed Method Study
The objective of this mixed methods research was to develop a structural equation model of factors affecting graduate students’ successes of knowledge management. The results showed that the model, in agreement with the empirical data, was able to explain seventy-nine percent of total variances of the successes. Comparative results in all aspects from qualitative and quantitative methods, in order to develop the quality of the students and effectively enhancing the knowledge management, suggested building following systems and mechanisms: 1) a Curriculum Development System, 2) an Instruction System, 3) a Research for Knowledge Construction and Application System, 4) an Administration System, 5) a Construction and Development of Knowledge-based Society System, 6) an Academic Service System, 7) a Quality Assurance System, and 8) an Art and Culture Operation System.
