การสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิผล

Abstract

     The objectives of this research were to study and synthesize the characteristics of fundamental information of certain doctoral researches and academic articles in partial fulfillment for doctorate dissertations of public and private universities. All of these doctoral researches and academic articles were about educational administration, effective model of school administration, and school education published between 2006 and 2013. Nineteen of which were specifically detected from ThaiLIS database.

     The instrument utilized in this study was a record form of information for research synthesis. Synthesis of the researches revealed that most of dissertations studied, 36.84%, belonged to Silpakorn University, most published in 2013. The sample groups studied were institutional administrators, educational administrators, experts, scholars, academic teachers, school boards, and students, selected by specified sampling. The research methodology proceeded in several steps, such as a research conceptual framework definition, a basic information study and analysis, creation of an administrative model, a model examination, and a model adjustment and presentation. The instrument mostly used was a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by determining the means and standard deviations and content analysis.

     The effectiveness of school administration models was found to be composed of following elements: administrators, teachers, educational quality administration, strategic planning, learners, and the participation of guardians, communities and societies, as well as financial concerns, tools, and materials.

     งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะข้อมูลพื้นฐาน และสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิต และบทความวิจัยที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของดุษฎีนิพนธ์ เกี่ยวกับรูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิผล ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ งานวิจัยระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิตของนักศึกษาสาขาบริหารการศึกษาหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษา และบทความวิจัยที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของดุษฎีนิพนธ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยรัฐและเอกชน ซึ่งตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ระหว่างปี พ.ศ.2549-2556 เจาะจงเฉพาะที่สืบค้นได้จากฐานข้อมูล ThaiLIS จำนวน 19 เรื่อง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลเพื่อการสังเคราะห์งานวิจัย

     ผลการสังเคราะห์งานวิจัยพบว่า ดุษฎีนิพนธ์ที่ศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เป็นของมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ร้อยละ 36.84 ส่วนใหญ่ตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ในปี พ.ศ.2556 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ผู้บริหารการศึกษา ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ครู คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาและนักเรียน ใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยมีหลายขั้นตอน เช่น การกำหนดกรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัย การศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน การสร้างรูปแบบการบริหาร การตรวจสอบรูปแบบ การปรับปรุงและนำเสนอรูปแบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ส่วนใหญ่เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยคำนวณหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

     รูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิผล พบว่า มีองค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ ผู้บริหาร ครู การบริหารงานคุณภาพการศึกษา การวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ ผู้เรียน การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครอง ชุมชนและสังคม รวมถึงด้านการเงิน วัสดุอุปกรณ์
