ปัจจัยการสื่อสารการตลาดที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรู้การบริการโรงแรมของนักท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการสื่อสารการตลาดที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรู้การบริการโรงแรมของนักท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้และเพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยการสื่อสารการตลาดที่ส่งผลต่อการรับรู้การบริการโรงแรมของนักท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักท่องเที่ยวที่มาใช้บริการโรงแรมในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้จำนวน 400 คน ได้จากการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ประกอบด้วย ตัวแปรการโฆษณา การประชาสัมพันธ์ การส่งเสริมการขาย การขายโดยบุคคล และการตลาดทางตรง ตัวแปรเกณฑ์ คือ การรับรู้การบริการโรงแรมของนักท่องเที่ยว ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบสเตปไวส์ (Stepwise Multiple Regression) และสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยการสื่อสารการตลาดในภาพรวมและรายด้านทั้ง 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับสูง จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบสเตปไวส์ พบว่า การขายโดยบุคคล (X4) การโฆษณา (X1) การประชาสัมพันธ์ (X2) และการตลาดทางตรง (X5) สามารถพยากรณ์การรับรู้การบริการโรงแรมของนักท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์พหุคูณ (R) เท่ากับ .661 ค่าอำนาจพยากรณ์ ร้อยละ 43.70 มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 สามารถเขียนสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบได้ ดังนี้
Y = 1.722 + 0.322 X4 + 0.228 X1 - 0.101 X2 + 0.141 X5
