บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการของระบบการศึกษาเพื่อการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ระบบการศึกษาดังกล่าวมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักเรียนให้สามารถปรับตัวและพัฒนาตนเองได้อย่างต่อเนื่องในสังคมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ผ่านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้มีความยืดหยุ่นและตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของนักเรียน รวมถึงให้ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคม มีการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ยืดหยุ่นมีความเหมาะสมกับนักเรียน การใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีในกระบวนการเรียนรู้ เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนสามารถเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา และสุดท้ายควรมีการประเมินผลที่มีประสิทธิภาพให้นักเรียนสามารถพัฒนาทักษะการเรียนรู้และประเมินตนเองได้ นอกจากนี้การสร้างคุณลักษณะสำคัญ เช่น เจตคติที่ดีต่อการเรียนรู้ แรงจูงใจ ความอยากรู้อยากเห็น และการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันยังมีบทบาทสำคัญในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ผลการศึกษานี้สามารถเป็นแนวทางสำหรับผู้บริหารในการกำหนดนโยบายเพื่อพัฒนาระบบการศึกษาที่เสริมสร้างทักษะและคุณลักษณะของผู้เรียนให้พร้อมรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคต
