บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและรวบรวมชุดความรู้เกี่ยวกับมรดกภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรมของเขตดุสิต โดยชุมชนมีส่วนร่วม เพื่อเสริมสร้างและปลูกจิตสำนึกชุมชนให้รู้และเห็นคุณค่ามรดกภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรมของชุมชน นอกจากนั้น การวิจัยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างแพลตฟอร์มคลังข้อมูลดิจิทัลภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรมของเขตดุสิต เพื่อนำไปสู่การขับเคลื่อนเชิงนโยบาย การวิจัยทำตามรูปแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา โดยการเลือกกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จากเจ้าหน้าที่ของเขตดุสิต นักวิชาการ ผู้บริหาร ปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน ผู้ประกอบการ รวมทั้งหน่วยงานราชการและเอกชนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับมรดกภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรมเขตดุสิต จำนวนทั้งหมด 25 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยคือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลการสำรวจ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และแบบบันทึกประเด็นการสนทนาในการประชุมกลุ่มย่อย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา มีการตรวจสอบข้อมูลสามเส้าเพื่อให้เกิดความเชื่อมั่นของผลการวิจัย มีการเชื่อมโยงในเชิงเหตุผลระหว่างข้อค้นพบ การสร้างแพลตฟอร์มคลังข้อมูลดิจิทัลมรดกภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรมของเขตดุสิต เพื่อนำไปสู่การขับเคลื่อนเชิงนโยบาย
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในเรื่องการดำเนินการขับเคลื่อนแพลตฟอร์ม สิ่งสำคัญประกอบด้วย การผลักดันแพลตฟอร์ม การประชาสัมพันธ์ และการสร้างช่องทางการเข้าถึง เพื่อให้เกิดการสร้างการรับรู้แก่คนทั่วไป การสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้แก่แพลตฟอร์มสำเร็จได้จากความร่วมมือระหว่างรัฐบาล หน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง นักท่องเที่ยว และภาคประชาชน พร้อมด้วยเป้าหมายของการขับเคลื่อน ได้แก่ การมีส่วนร่วมของทุกภาคส่วน รายได้แก่ชุมชน จำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวที่เพิ่มขึ้น การเก็บภาษีที่เพิ่มขึ้น จำนวนคนเข้าชมแพลตฟอร์มเพิ่มขึ้น และมูลค่าเพิ่มของสินค้ากับบริการในชุมชน ประโยชน์ที่ได้จากงานวิจัย คือ ชุมชนมีการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบ และผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องสามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้ได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
