บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) คุณสมบัติการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 346 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นภาพรวมเท่ากับ 0.98 ข้อมูลถูกวิเคราะห์โดยใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวกในระดับสูง (r = .807) เมื่อพิจารณาความสัมพันธ์รายด้าน ค่าความสัมพันธ์อยู่ระหว่าง .596 - .745 ซึ่งแสดงว่า ความสัมพันธ์ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง ผลการวิจัยมีข้อบ่งชี้ที่ชัดเจนว่าภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาด้านการรู้ดิจิทัล และการมีวิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัลอันเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญของภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัล มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา ดังนั้นหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจึงควรส่งเสริมผู้นำของสถานศึกษาให้มีความรู้และวิสัยทัศน์ด้านดิจิทัล รวมถึงกระตุ้นให้มีการทำงานร่วมกันอย่างเป็นระบบภายในองค์กร เพื่อส่งเสริมสถานศึกษาให้เป็นแหล่งขององค์ความรู้ในสังคม
