Effectiveness of Education Expansion School under the Office of Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract

           The objectives of the research were 1) to study the effectiveness of the Opportunity expansion school management in Nonthaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2. 2) to purpose the developmental guidelines in the effectiveness of the Opportunity expansion school management in Nonthaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The sampling focus group were 1) school director and 226 active teachers that data collection were made by questionnaires. 2) the 5 analyst directors who analyze the developmental guidelines in the effectiveness of the Opportunity expansion school. The statistical instruments of data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and One-way analysis of variance statistics.

          The research results were 1) the effectiveness of the Opportunity expansion school management in Nonthaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 was overall  in high statistical level in descending order of job satisfaction, the ability to allocate resources,  the ability to use innovation and technology in media, acquirement in self-development of students and the ability to adaptation in organization. 2) the comparison of the effectiveness of the Opportunity expansion school management in Nonthaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 that were classified by the age and found that a school director and active teachers who had the difference in age, their opinions of effectiveness of the Opportunity expansion school had the difference and a factor that was classifieds by working experience was found that a school director and active teachers  who had the difference in working experience, their opinions of effectiveness of the Opportunity expansion school had the difference. 3) The 4 guidelines of the effectiveness development in the Opportunity expansion school management in Nonthaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 were 1) the academic administration guideline that was the curriculum development that solved and met the local needs. 2) the budgetary administration guideline that was the basic data analysis of the school for budgetary allocation to prominently student activities supporting. 3) the personal administration guideline that was the human resource planning, placement, academic missions, the right assignment and work promotion. 4) the general administration guideline that was the obviously systematic in administration and organizational development.
