Political Science Critique has been kindly supported by the Faculty of Political Science, Ramkhamheang University for academic paper publication. It also helps the Center for Politic, Social, and Area Studies (CPSAS), which owns this journal, to gain financial support from Ramkhamheang University. On behalf of the editorial board, I would like to express my gratitude for all these supports.

What are interesting about the articles in this issue are ‘the theoretical application’. In this issue, there are the papers regarding the Public Administration’s theoretical application towards the interaction between the theories of government and those of governance in the bureaucratic reform, the International Relations theoretical application towards the environmental regime, the application of the ‘citizenship’ concept in the Political Philosophy with the refugee problem in the EU, the application of the concept regarding policy formulation of political party during Thai election, the application of the genealogical approach to the concepts in Political Philosophy, and the application of structure-agency debate in the Philosophy of Social Science. Moreover, this issue also includes the book review of Paul Berry Clarke’s Citizenship as well.
