Factors Related to Performance Efficiency of Government Officials in the Budget Bureau

Abstract

This objectives article of the study are: 1) to analysis relationship between work motivation factors and Performance Efficiency of Government Officials in the Budget Bureau. 2) to analysis the level of the Performance Efficiency of Government Officials in the Budget Bureau and 3) to analysis the level of the work motivation factors of Government Officials in the Budget Bureau. The sample consists of 271 Government Officials in the Budget Bureau. The questionnaire was applied and analyzed. The study shows that overall, relationship level is relatively high. High contributing work motivation factors include compensation and welfare, career stability , opportunities for career growth, colleague relations, job duties and opportunities to learn and develop Officials performance. There have relationship with performance efficiency of Government Officials in the Budget Bureau, as these factors at the .05 statistical significant level. Government Officials in the Budget Bureau have a high level of Performance Efficiency as well as possess a high level of work motivation. Our finding suggests four main guidelines that can be used for the development and improvement of the Budget Bureau's performance:
(1) There should be a seminar activity to sever as a basis for knowledge, skills and techniques sharing opportunities. (2) There should be organization and adjustment involving technology adaptation leading to higher efficiency. (3) Overtime compensation should be paid at an appropriate rate, factoring in workload, responsibilities and current economic situation. Collaborative environment such as Co-Working spaces should be arranged with various zones to accommodate different operation preferences and (4) The executive committee should prepare a rotation policy for the performance of Government Officials in the Budget Bureau. by providing opportunities for of Government Officials in the Budget Bureau to participate in expressing opinions on the appropriateness of working rotation.
